1. Purpose

This policy describes the arrangements Flash Capital Markets Ltd. uses when receiving and executing client orders. It should be read with the Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure.

2. Execution factors

We consider price, total cost, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, order size and nature, available liquidity, and relevant market conditions. Price and total cost normally carry high importance, but other factors may take priority during disruption or for unusual orders.

3. Execution venues and pricing

Orders may be matched or routed using liquidity providers, market makers, exchanges, electronic communication networks, or other execution venues. Quotes can be aggregated from multiple sources. Available venues and their relative importance may change.

4. Order handling

Orders are handled promptly and fairly, taking account of order type and market conditions. Market orders seek the best available price but do not guarantee the displayed price. Pending orders activate when conditions are met and may be filled with slippage or partially.

5. Specific instructions

A specific instruction from you may prevent us from applying parts of this policy and may limit our ability to obtain the best available result for the instructed element.

6. Disruption and errors

During volatility, illiquidity, outages, or manifest pricing errors, we may delay, reject, cancel, re-price, or otherwise correct an affected transaction where permitted by the Client Agreement and applicable law.

7. Monitoring and review

We monitor execution arrangements and review this policy at least annually and after material changes. Updated versions are published with a revised effective date.
