Complaints Procedure
How to submit a complaint and how we respond.
Flash Capital Markets Ltd. is registered in St. Lucia under registration number 2026-00676.
Company registration is not, by itself, a statement of regulatory approval, licensing, or investor protection.

1. Making a complaint
Send complaints to complaints@flashcapitalmarkets.com. Include your full name, account number, contact details, relevant dates and transactions, a clear description, supporting documents, and the outcome you seek.
2. Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge a complaint promptly and provide a reference number. If information is missing, we may ask you to provide it before the investigation can progress.
3. Investigation
A person with appropriate authority who was not directly responsible for the disputed matter will review available records, communications, platform data, applicable terms, and relevant law. We will treat the complaint fairly and keep you informed of material delay.
4. Final response
We aim to issue a reasoned final response within 30 calendar days after receiving a complete complaint. Complex matters may take longer; if so, we will explain the delay and provide an expected completion date.
5. Escalation
If you disagree with the outcome, request an internal review within 30 days and identify the disputed findings. Any external escalation rights depend on the services supplied, your location, and applicable law; our final response will identify an available body where one has jurisdiction.
6. Records and protection
We retain complaint records according to legal requirements and use them to improve controls. Making a complaint does not affect your legal rights and will not result in unfair treatment.
